Masala Chicken Fry

Spicy chicken dish prepared similarly to a cutlet. Dipped in bread crumbs and deep fried.


1 chicken
1 cup bread crumbs
1 bunch of spring onion sliced
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cloves finely powdered
1 lemon finely sliced
1 egg
oil to fry and salt to taste


Cut the chicken and cook the piece with all the spices and two cups of water in a pan
cool the chicken pieces and keep aside.
Beat the egg.
Heat the oil
Dip each piece of chicken in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs
Fry until brown on both sides
Serve with sliced spring onions and piece of lemon
